SHIPPING & RETURNS ​

Orders are shipped worldwide via DHL or FedEx. Delivery time is estimated at 7–10 business days.

We charge a flat shipping fee of €12 globally. Complimentary shipping is available on orders over €250.

VAT is included in all prices.

 

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Delivery times are estimates and delays may occur. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Size exchanges are available. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Turf covers the shipping cost of your first exchange.
